Traditional health programmes look at diet and exercise. Nutrition coaching is much more. Working together we will also look at your stress and sleep, so that at the end of our time together you really are the healthiest, calmest and most energised version of you. I'll also help you to figure out what's been holding you back from being and create boundaries so you are putting you first. This isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change. And I'll help you to put strategies in place so you stay on track long after your programme finishes. Your weekly one to one coaching sessions will give you the support & accountability that can really make a difference. When things are going well I will help you to celebrate your successes (this is an important strategy in long-term behaviour change) and if things haven’t worked out, I'll help you figure out why and what we can do differently. If you're sick and tired of feeling frazzled from eating all the foods you know you "shouldn't" and never having a minute to yourself then yes, you're in the right place.

I totally understand this question and it’s so hard to break out of the “all or nothing” mindset that often comes with dieting. Completely overhauling your life seems like a great idea - you want fast results and you want them now. But how's that worked out so far? Consistently taking small step after small step is the most realistic way to create lasting change.
